Our Aviation themed exhibit space will allow you and your guests a perfect setting for your Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony and Reception. Our South Wing Hangar is capable of seating up to hundreds of your guests with additional space for your ceremony, entertainment and dancing.
For guests of 200 or less you can enjoy free parking, and free set up of all museum tables (60" rounds, 8', 6' and 4' rectangular) and chairs, and time to decorate the day before for your convenience. The bride and groom may have pictures made within the museum's F-86 jet and the North American T-6 Texan. We can also schedule engagement photos.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception Package
Having your ceremony and reception at the museum is a truly unique event. We suggest ceremony and reception events with over 150 guests include the entire first floor of the museum in their rental. Once the ceremony is complete your guests may investigate the museum. $1900 rental for the first floor includes the Shadow Gallery, the Kids Playroom, Early Aviation and Experimental Aviation.
$1250 (4 hours starting at 4PM on Saturday evenings only with a curfew of 10PM) $100 every additional hour

A power-point tribute to the bride and groom is a fantastic addition to your dinner.
$200 optional audio/visual equipment in addition to the rental fee.
LocationOut of town guests will enjoy the convenience of the Museum being located close to the Birmingham International Airport and 10 minutes from exciting downtown Birmingham.
CatererBrides and Grooms on a budget will also enjoy the flexibility to choose your own caterer. As a private event, all alcohol needs to be provided by the client and no money or tips can be exchanged for alcohol on museum grounds. All alcohol will need to leave with the guests that evening.
